I'm a Computer Engineering student at McMaster, currently building at Ampliphi, where the platform sets nightly prices for more than 400 hotels. I wrote its competitor-price scraper from scratch and work on the pricing model, the AI assistant, and the platform around them.

What I like building: tools that do real work and can prove it. Hotpath, my most recent project, is an AI agent that optimizes code and then has to defend every change against a locked test suite and a statistical benchmark before it ships - it's on PyPI. Before that, a voice assistant that runs entirely offline, and a 3D spatial mapper built on an ARM Cortex-M4F.
How I got here: mostly self-taught, then formalised. I spent a year teaching programming and running a coding club for the Toronto District School Board, which is still the fastest way I've found to learn what you actually understand.

AI/ML Engineer Intern

•internshipAmpliphi is a revenue-management platform that automatically sets nightly room prices for 400+ hotels using bookings, competitor rates, and local events. I built a competitor-price scraper from scratch (Ratelumo) and contributed to the dynamic-pricing model, the AI assistant, and the full-stack and cloud platform.
- Built a tool from scratch that collects competitor hotel prices straight from Google, using ~90x fewer requests by grabbing a 3-to-11-month price calendar in one call instead of one call per date.
- Replaced a ~$2,500/month paid data vendor with my own service running at near-zero cost, shipped as a reusable Python library and API the rest of the platform could drop in with a one-line change.
- Deployed it to production on AWS (Docker + an automated deploy pipeline + secured secrets), and proved it was safe to switch on by running it beside the old vendor - prices matched within ~0.2% while covering ~20x more of the market.
